St. Kateri Tekakwitha Environmental Club

The St. Kateri Tekakwitha Environmental Club met for the first time on Friday during the activity period. The students saw a brief video about St. Kateri who is the patron saint of the environment and ecology. St. Kateri loved nature so much and would sometimes forget to pray. She made crosses and hung them in places where she would see them and remember to say a prayer. The environmental club members made crosses and hung them around the school.
