Michael Barkowski Scores 1000th Career Point


Mike's 1000th Point

Congratulations to Spartan Senior Mike Barkowski who scored his 1000th career point on December 4th.  He scored his 1000th point on a three pointer in the second quarter and he finished the game with 21 points.  Through his junior year, Mike averaged 20 points per game, scoring 500 points last season alone!

Two St. Joseph Soccer Players
Receive Post-season Honors

 
Greg Conroy                                       Scott Nolen

Spartans seniors Greg Conroy and Scott Nolen were both recently named
to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette 2007 WPIAL All Section Soccer Team.  Greg Conroy
was also named to the Valley News Dispatch 2007 Soccer All Star Team.

Congratulations to Greg and Scott for their
accomplishments and success on the soccer field!
 


Three St. Joseph Basketball Players Receive Post-season Honors

Lady Spartans Jacqi Diez (Fr) and Clare Barkowski (So) were both recently named
Valley News Dispatch 2007 Girls Basketball All-Stars - 1st Team

Both
St. Joseph underclassmen were among the top scorers in the WPIAL !!

Junior Michael Barkowski was also honored and named to the
Valley News Dispatch 2007 Boys Basketball All-Stars - 1st Team

He was recognized as a Tribune-Review 2007 Basketball All-Star in Class A - 2nd Team and was also elected by Section 4-A coaches to the
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette 2007 WPIAL All Section Team

accomplishments and success on the basketball court!
