A transcript is a copy of a student’s high school academic and attendance record. An official transcript is signed by a counselor, embossed with the school seal and sent directly to another institution (college, employer or business). An unofficial transcript is marked accordingly and made available to the student or graduate but does not have an official signature or seal. Both types of transcript require completion of request form with appropriate signature.
There is a $3.00 fee for each transcript requested.
A verification of graduation via phone or fax to a 3rd party will also be a $3.00 fee.
To Request a Transcript
SJHS Alumni: Print a transcript request form and mail it to our office with your check, money order or cash in the amount of $3.00 payable to SJHS. SJHS uses the USPS and will not fax, email or express mail records.
Please allow a reasonable time for processing (up to 2 weeks).
NO transcript, official or unofficial, will be issued for any purpose if a student or graduate has outstanding financial obligations to SJHS. Please note that requests will NOT be accepted via email unless the request form is attached.
