Knights of Columbus Squires Circle Investiture

On Saturday, March 3, the Squires Circle of St.
Joseph High School celebrated their investiture ceremony. With the
representatives from local councils of the Knights of Columbus and the Knights
of Columbus Color Corp, the young men attended Mass at St. Joseph Church, New
Kensington which was celebrated by 4th Degree Knight Father Larry J. Kulick '84.
The investiture ceremony was performed after mass by the Bentleyville Squires
Circle at the home of the Knights of Columbus #1381 Council.

The Columbian Squires is the official youth
organization of the Knights of Columbus. Squires is dedicated to promoting
service and the Catholic faith – while providing opportunities for fun and
leadership training to young Catholic men throughout the world. As an
organization of more than 1300 circles with nearly 25,000 Catholic youth
members, the Columbian Squires is making a difference in the world and in the
Church. Seventeen young men are the charter members for the St. Joseph
High School Squires Circle. The Squires Circle was founded by junior
Michael Barkowski as part of a Diocese of Pittsburgh Youth Council project.
Congratulations to Lance Barch, Michael Barkowski,
Frank Borland, Gregory Conroy, Joshua Diez, Louis Greco, Jacob Hetu, Garrett
Kuruc, A.J. Mark, Nicholas Moore, Michael Pater, Daniel Pepka, David Puet,
Michael Snyder, Matthew Thimons, Richard Thimons, and Patrick Tutka, the charter
members of the St. Joseph High School Squires Circle.
