SJHS families are feeling the financial impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic as they face layoffs, small business closures and many other difficulties. A group of SJHS supporters have come together in the spirit of generosity to address these needs by making available a $25,000 match for an “Emergency Scholarship Fund” for SJHS families.

The match begins Friday, May 1st, with the celebration of a recorded virtual mass with SJHS Alumnus, Fr. John Moineau, (Class of ‘79 and 2020 Spirit of St. Joseph Awardee), as part of the Feast Day of St. Joseph the Worker. The mass will be available on Fr. John’s YouTube Channel – “Operation Safe Mode”. Please prayerfully consider, if you are able, to help support our current and future families by contributing to the “Emergency Scholarship Fund”.

Donations will be accepted throughout the month of May ending on Friday, May 29. Please submit donations at SaintJosephHS.com or via Saint Joseph High School, 800 Montana Avenue, Natrona Heights, PA 15065. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jane Susa, SJHS Development Office, at jsusa@saintjosephhs.com or at 724-226-7877.

As always we hold our entire SJHS community in our prayers and especially now in this most challenging time. Saint Joseph, pray for us.
